1. Participants will learn how gratitude impacts stress and mood. 2. Participants will learn their True Colors Personality and how it impacts their lives. 3. Participants will learn their Stress Management Style and how it impacts their relationship to stress. 4. Participants will be able to use Eco Maps, True Colors, and Stress Management Styles to manage their work life cycle.
Rob Collins, LCSW, LSSGB Rob Collins is an experienced mental health clinician, corporate trainer, team builder, and military combat veteran. Driven by innovation and research, he takes pride in providing excellent training experiences by staying ahead of the trends in training methods, didactics, and engagement strategies. With his license in Clinical Social Work and his Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement, Rob strikes a balance between engagement, entertainment, and effective training to bring about positive change in the workplace and community.
