    Training Description:

Are you tired of being tired? There are countless self-care seminars out there that try to help you decrease your stress by simply teaching deep breathing techniques or stretching exercises that lack substance and awareness. Burnout Nation focuses on the correlation between attachment, personality type, stress management style, and gratitude and how they impact your work/life cycle and help you design a plan to tackle the stresses in your life and enhance the joys.

    Main Objectives:

    1. Participants will learn how gratitude impacts stress and mood.
    2. Participants will learn their True Colors Personality and how it impacts their lives.
    3. Participants will learn their Stress Management Style and how it impacts their relationship to stress.
    4. Participants will be able to use Eco Maps, True Colors, and Stress Management Styles to manage their work life cycle.
