22 Nov Sharing Our Gifts on Giving Tuesday
Every one of us has gifts to offer. Our talent, our kindness, our generosity, our joy.
Every single person can make a difference in their community. And together, we make an even bigger difference.
During 2020, we found out just how resilient and generous our community could be in the face of multiple crises. This year, we are calling on you again to continue step in to meet our neighbors’ needs by supporting CHRIS 180 on Giving Tuesday, November 30.
What is Giving Tuesday, Anyway?
Giving Tuesday is an annual day of philanthropic giving. Taking place after the spending spree of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is a time when we come together to support the causes and organizations—like CHRIS 180—we believe in most.
For the vulnerable children, adults and families CHRIS 180 serves, your Giving Tuesday gift can be the difference between whether they receive a life-changing therapy session, the comfort of a loving home or the joy of holiday gifts.
Why Give Now?
Giving to something bigger than ourselves reminds us that we are all in this together. And honestly, it just plain feels good to help others. When you give to CHRIS 180’s Giving Tuesday campaign, you can share your gifts with members of our community and provide them with their share of holiday joy.
Thanks to several generous donors, every gift to our Giving Tuesday campaign up to $20,000 made by midnight on November 30 will be DOUBLED. That means that your gift will go twice as far!
How To Help
Donate: Every gift will be matched 100%. A $25 gift will be doubled to $50, enough to provide a night of housing for a young person experiencing homelessness!
Start a Fundraiser: Sign up to start your own online peer-to-peer fundraiser as part of CHRIS 180’s Giving Tuesday campaign. Share with your loved ones and make a huge difference!
Share: Spread the word about CHRIS 180 and our Giving Tuesday campaign on social media, via email or by word of mouth. You can share your gifts by being an advocate!
No matter how you may choose to support, thank you for sharing your gifts with the world. We couldn’t do this work without you.
