CHRIS 180 Announces New Additions to Board of Directors

Nonprofit to focus on addressing mental health needs in communities during pandemic

 CHRIS 180 is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its board of directors, who will serve over the coming years. They include Pascal Lewis, Managing Director, Global Field Operations, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Terrin McKay, Community Volunteer.  

“As we enter another year of the COVID-19 pandemic that has shaped so much of our world, we need leaders on our board who will partner with us to find new ways to be sustainable, and help CHRIS 180 best serve our community and our staff as we build on our legacy of trauma-informed care that helps children, adults, families and communities live more resilient lives,” said Kathy Colbenson, LMFT, President & CEO of CHRIS 180. “Terrin and Pascal are known for their commitment to serving Atlanta’s nonprofit community and will be excellent additions to our Board of Directors as we work on our next strategic plan.”

Terrin McKay, returns to the CHRIS 180 Board, where she previously served a six-year term, and was the 2020 and 2021 Co-Chair of The CHRIStal Ball, CHRIS 180’s largest fundraising event. McKay, a celebrated volunteer in the community, worked as a VP, Human Resources at Bank of America for more than a decade. She currently serves on the National Board for the University of Florida Foundation, the Holy Innocents Episcopal School Alumni Parent Board and volunteers with the Atlanta Falcons Women’s Association.

Pascal Lewis is a results-driven business and community leader. As Global Field Operations Managing Director at Delta Air Lines, Inc., he is responsible for developing an inclusive and engaging culture, empowering teams to drive operational improvements and high-quality customer service. He has a commitment to philanthropy and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy and the Atlanta Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Equifax Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer Julia Houston serves as CHRIS 180’s Board Chair, and C & S Wholesale Meats President, Jay Bernath serves as Vice-Chair. Additional board officers include Secretary Cyril Turner, Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Retired) and Treasurer Ana Amato, Managing Director & Atlanta Market Leader at Protiviti.
