The WRAP Program
CHRIS 180’s WRAP Program is a family-driven, strengths-based team approach to working with clients and families. Our WRAP team uses a high-fidelity wraparound model in their work to strengthen families and support them in keeping their children at home in the community, as well as reunifying children and youth from out-of-home placements.
While no single entity can respond to the complex needs of youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges, we create a single point of accountability to serve youth and families in the community.
In WRAP, CHRIS 180 provides support to youth and families who need more intensive support than what is typically available in outpatient treatment. Services include intensive in-home care therapy, resource coordination and in-home/community skill-building and support. WRAP is available to families 24/7 which alleviates crisis situations by providing proactive interventions.
WRAP houses many of the programs at CHRIS 180 that are based on the wraparound model, a national model for prevention and reunification services for children, youth and families.
