Lillian Young, MA

Lillian B. Young serves as Senior Vice President of People and Talent. She joined CHRIS 180 earlier this year following a career in local government, where she served as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management Officer.

Lillian brings more than 30 years of human resources and operations leadership experience. She has served as a Chief Human Resources Officer in public government, Vice President of Human Resources in the nonprofit sector, and Divisional Senior Director of Human Resources in telecommunications. She also spent several years in healthcare as a Director of Human Resources and Nursing Home Administrator.

Lillian completed her coursework in Healthcare Administration at York College and later earned her NHA license in Pennsylvania and Georgia. She also completed pharmaceutical training and earned her ASHP certification.

She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Claremont Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.

Throughout her career, Lillian has demonstrated expertise in developing and leading people, exceeding performance goals, building high-performing cultures, and guiding organizational transformation. She has served as Board Chair for a nonprofit children and adult literacy program and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for juveniles.

An avid cook, Lillian enjoys traveling and spending time with her large family. The highlight of her year has been becoming a proud first-time grandmother to a beautiful baby girl.
