Foster Families
Foster Families
CHRIS180 supports children and youth in foster care by helping them find safe, stable homes and by walking alongside the families who care for them. We partner with foster parents to create nurturing environments where young people can heal, grow, and feel a sense of belonging.
Our team works closely with each child and family to provide personalized support. We focus on building strong relationships and meeting each young person where they are. Foster parents receive ongoing guidance, training, and resources so they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
We take a person-centered approach. Young people are active participants in their care, with their voices and experiences guiding the support they receive. Together, we address mental and emotional health needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and social isolation, as well as behavioral challenges including school avoidance, self-harm, and substance use.
Our services are designed to support the whole family and prioritize sibling group placement. We connect youth and caregivers to therapy, academic support, and tools that promote healthy routines, including nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness.
