Summit Trail Apartments

Summit Trail is a 41-unit apartment community that provides safe, stable housing for young adults and their families as they work toward independence and a brighter future. More than housing, Summit Trail offers structured support that helps residents build life skills, strengthen financial stability and pursue education and employment goals.

We provide supportive, rapid, and long-term housing solutions for young adults ages 17–24, with on-site services and guidance toward independence.

The Spot

The SPOT is a welcoming daytime drop-in center where young adults can access basic needs and supportive services in a safe, respectful environment.

Through individualized case management, youth are connected to housing, education, employment, and behavioral health resources that support long-term stability.
