Warren Binderman, CPA joined CHRIS 180 as Chief Financial Officer in December 2024. With decades of financial management experience across nonprofit, healthcare and corporate sectors, he has a track record of driving operational excellence and strategic transformation.

Throughout his career Binderman has held senior leadership roles at a number of places including the Georgia Health Initiative, Inc., where he advanced health equity initiatives statewide, and he also worked to restructure one of the nation’s largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Systems in Washington, DC. Previous positions include serving in a dual Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer role for Legend Oil and Gas Ltd.

Binderman’s expertise spans financial transformation, operational improvement, and strategic goal achievement. He also contributes his time to several nonprofit boards in Metro Atlanta.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration  and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)  in Georgia and Maryland. Binderman lives in Atlanta with his wife, Mindy, and their two dogs, Barney and Lucy.
